Only few activities imported. Waste of money

I love the idea of the app. Thats why before writing a negative review I contacted the support team two times and waited a week for an answer. However I never received an answer. I successfully connected the app to Strava but it only imports 5 activities of a total of 70. Im not able to see past data and the new activities dont appear either. In conclusion Im totally disappointed. The app is useless for me so Im requesting a refund that I will probably never receive.
